Praying for Fort McMurray

Earlier this month a huge forest fire swept through the city of Fort McMurray in Northern Alberta. This fire forced over 80,000 people to evacuate. Some went North to work camps in the area, others were able to get on the highway heading south. My friend and her two young boys were North for a few days, once her husband arrived they were able to head south to her sisters place. They have lost everything. Her oldest son and my boy were born the same time (we met online in a baby group during our pregnancies) Our group has done a collection for her and we are all sending cards of encouragement and love.  I've made a couple of these cards. One for my friends family and one for a card drive set up by my friend Sara over at Pyper Creations. If you would like to send a card to an evacuated family please contact Sara for her info.

Update as of May 21, 2016: The Fort McMurray wildfire remains out of control. It is estimated to cover 504,443 hectares, including 741 hectares in Saskatchewan. There are 1,860 firefighters, 189 helicopters, 306 pieces of heavy equipment and 29 air tankers currently battling the fires. A preliminary re-entry plan has been established and it is anticipated that residents can begin going home June 1.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.
