Please join us for another great sketch this week!
This card is going to our favorite TA at our school. She's been working in my son's class in the morning and then my daughter's class for the afternoon. With both kids loving her we wanted to do something super special for her. We know she lives close to the lake and enjoys spending time down there so we are gifting her this card, a beach towel and mat with a personalized water bottle and maybe a gossip magazine or two.
Last week Aurora Wings had a 3K celebration for followers and we were given a freebie image Primrose Sprite for a limited time. The image is now available for purchase at the Digi Shop at AuroraWings.com.
Isn't she adorable!?!
I just had to color her right away. Now the challenge this month at Aurora Wings is "Celebration" and I was going to make this into a birthday card. As I was coloring I recieved a call that my uncle's mom has passed away. So instead I turned this little cutie into a celebration of life! Celebrating her 93 years on earth with us and forever with our Heavenly Father.
I would love to enter this into the following challenges.
With both kids in school and creating wonderful friendships, I can't seem to create enough birthday cards for our stash. My daughter picked the bunny out of the collection offered this month and said "it's just perfect for my friends!" I couldn't argue with that! This little bunny is adorable and I'm so happy to have the opportunity to color her up.
If you have been following my blog you will already know that I love stitched dies and have been searching for the perfect circles and ovals for my collection. And it has finally happened! At retreat this year I found the Elizabeth Craft Dies 1116 - stitched circles. This set has both dots (like a needle piercing) and slots or dashes. I'm soooooooo excited to have these in my collection.
Thanks for stopping by! I look forward to seeing you enter this challenge which is sponsored by Julia Spiri

Good Morning TMS friends! We're so happy that you're going to join us for another great sketch challenge. I like this one because it's some pretty basic elements and great for a single layer card or layering it up! I'm sure you will enjoy it!
Tuesday Morning Sketches will be sponsoring this week. The prize we're offering is......
Here's my card: I used some Close to my heart products again. Georgie paper pack, juniper ink and a very old baby stamp set. This was my card for my nephew who I finally got to meet on Saturday. So much hair he is just perfect!
Good morning TMS friends! Today we've got a wonderful sketch inspired by Jessi (who we still miss lots!) that you can play with and really make your own! As you will see I switched out the heart for a palm tree. I can't wait to see what you create with this one.
Good Morning TMS friends. Are you ready for another fun sketch? Today's sketch was inspired by Janice. It's so adorable! It also gives you much opportunity to use up some scraps and easy enough to mass produce.
Our sponsor this week is All Dressed Up and the prize is 2 images of choice. A huge thanks to All Dressed Up for sharing images with us to showcase, too.
My card is featuring 321 Go. I think this image is perfect for all males young and old. I found the perfect paper in my stash. I know it's from an older paper pack from CTMH but I'm unable to find the name. The black paper on the bottom half is dry embossed with the check plate pattern and then I brush the raised bits with some silver ink a gold.

Here's the sketch....
And here's my take on it.
Please make sure you visit the other design team members that have brought some great inspiration this week.
Good morning friends, Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! My family had a great time with dear friends over a big Easter feast and then yesterday we had a little family trip to Chuck E. Cheese. We had a blast together.
As part of parent council for the school our children attend, I was asked to create three cards for our fabulous ladies who work so well together in the office. Administrative Assistant Day is April 26, 2017 and we wanted to send them flowers along with a personalized card for each of them. I used my cricut to write the sentiment and cut out the coral oval, a white layer with a spiral spellbinder, some old Stampin Up floral paper and two recollections butterflies covered with steel blue Inka Gold.
I would love to enter this into the following challenges Fantabulous Cricut Challenge - Spring (font Wednesday and oval from Days and Dates)
Please check out the rest of the design teams blogs and leave them some love.
I colored my image up with copics and added some clear wink of stella to the wings. I found the colored cardstock in my stash but had difficulties in locating some designer paper to match. Thanks when I dug out my embossing folders and found the perfect swirl to match her wings. I used the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday to finish off the card. I just turned the sketch and added some shimmer trim and heart embellishments.
I would love to enter into the following challenges.
The second image I'm sharing today is called Peony Fairy
This image is also colored up with copics and a bit of clear wink of stella on the wings, flower and her shoes. Pink glitter paper is my base layer and then added this gorgeous specialty paper from Molly & Rex that I found at my local Michael's. Added a butterfly swirl die cut, some paper flowers and for the center of the light pink flower I punched a 1/4" circle out of the glitter paper.
