Good Afternoon Crafty friends,

Today's post is sharing my design team project for World Wide Open Design Team If you are on a design team make sure to join us for a chance at some great images from our sponser Julia Spiri.

I'm sending this off to my mum for Mother's Day. I have fond memories of her lilies growing in front of our house, so many beautiful colors to choose from but today I choose a pink blend.

My project today is featuring Princess of Tea which you can find here. I printed the image out twice, colored the full version with copics and created a shaker card with the second image fussy cut and applied to the outside of the shaker. I was pretty happy to have finally used up these vellum flowers that have been stored in my craft bins for at least 10 years.

Today's card features Unicorn and Rainbows from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps

Colored with copics and wink of stella

Embossed with a brand new embossing folder with clouds.

I find it very difficult to photograph glitter, each cloud is brushed with clear wink of stella and the rainbow clouds have Frosted Lace Stickles.

World Wide Open DT Challenge #3 ~ Anything Goes

Happy Thursday everyone! Today we are kicking off the new challenge over at World Wide Open DT Challenge and as always the theme is Anything Goes. Our wonderful sponsor is the lovely Julia Spiri and I am showcasing the beautiful Little Dragonfly I couldn't decide if I would send this to my niece as a St Patrick's Day card or add it to the birthday card stash so I've left the sentiment off for now.

Today we are kickin' off our March Krafty Peeks

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We have a theme for this month's stamp sets and it's a category that every stamper must have in their stash!

We're celebrating BIRTHDAYS!

Today we have a totally SASSY new set
by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen!!
It's called KICK ASSY BIRTHDAY!!!

I'm super excited to share this set because it was the Super Secret stamp set that was included in the latests Krafty Kard Kit!!! And I preordered it already have it in my inky little fingers and you'll get to see the creations today and on release day! I'm so excited to be here as a Guest Designer.

This totally awesome set comes with a bunch of sassy larger sentiments that work for boys, girls, men or women!

There are also a selection of birthday themed images including balloons, stars, cake, candles and ice cream! Just wait 'til you see all the totally different creations today!

In the kit was a fabulous embossing folder that I wanted to showcase with the stamps. I inked up the folder with picked raspberry, wilted violet and cracked pistachio Distress Oxide inks from Tim Holtz. Spritzed the folder with water and ran the folder through the big shot. I love the watercolor look this technique gave the paper.
