Our sweet little girl is growing up so quickly! So hard to believe she has turned three already. It feels like just yesterday we were heading to the hospital... Here's a peak at the card I created for her birthday.

Get Krafty and Recycle
Twisted Tuesday has another great challenge this week! Kraft paper with the twist being to use a recycled item on your creation. There's some GREAT ideas from the design team, tab's from pop can's as ribbon sliders, die cutting yellow coffee can lids into flowers, old book pages and re-using valentine cards.
Here's my card with two recycled items, can you guess what they are?
The "kraft paper" is actually the inside of a 24 pack of PEPSI! I cut it down to 3.5"x 4.25" and used the scallop edgelits from SU. The beautiful butterfly is cut out with a SIZZIX die cut on left over purple felt from a sewing project. I used some lavender rhinestones from Want 2 Scrap and Victoria 5/8" crochet trim from SU.
Thanks for looking and leaving a comment. I really appreciate feedback from fellow crafters!

Freshly Made Sketches #39
Today's father's day card is for one of the uncles. He always gets on his hands and knees and plays with the kids, chases Tori, plays hid n seek, just all around fun for the kids.
I had an idea of which stamp I wanted to use from Unity Stamps July 2011 kit of the month but needed an idea for a layout. After searching my favorite blogs I found the perfect layout over at Freshly Made Sketches! If you haven't already found this great site, I strongly suggested checking them out.
Ok, so here's my card. Hope you like it!
I already mentioned the stamps I used for this card but wanted to share the rest of the products with you. I used my spellbinders to cut out the chair and sponged Tim Holtz Distress Ink (frayed burlap) while the white paper was still in the spellbinder. The chair was stamped with the same Tim Holtz ink. You rock was stamped in outdoor denim (CTMH) on the Stardust DSP paper (CTMH) Ribon is 1/4" grosgrain from SU.
Hope you enjoyed this card.

Another Father's Day Card
My Father in law loves to restore tractors. I was flipping through my stamps and came across this tractor from Barnyard Buddies and thought it was perfect for him.
I used real red ink and ribbon. White, black and kraft paper. Sentiment is from Verve Stamps (Dad's Day) I meant to emboss the kraft paper but glued the ribbon on by mistake, so instead I added some basic grey rinestones. The black starburst was created using the CTMH cricut cartridge Art Philospohy.
I just have three more cards to make for this special day celebrating all the DAD's in our lives.

Today I wanted to share two cards that I made at with my friend and Stampin Up consultant. Trish always creates such wonderful cards using punches. You can check out her blog here. Can you see the same punch in both cards?

Sympathy Cards are always a challenge for me, I do like how this one turned out with the grey, black and pink color combo.

Let's Get Negative WT377
Great challenge over at splitcoast called ways to use it, this week it's titled let's get neagative. The challenge was to use punches or dies and use the negative portion (or the part that I usually toss away) I thought how perfect would it be to center the Christmas Tag on a 4x5.25 piece of paper and use the tag for a gift and the negative for this card.
The striped glitter paper is from a making memories 8x8 paper pack that I picked up for 50% off in January. Feels great to have 4 Christmas cards made in June, instead of my usual rush in December. Now I just need to put these in a spot that I will remember in December.
